We recommend booking at least one month ahead — dates go fast, especially in spring and summer.

Your questions about the session
Be yourself first — your style, your comfort. Your clothes set the mood of the shoot.
Avoid very bright colours, and visible logos or brands. Go for softer tones that suit your complexion. You can match your accessories — a scarf, a hat…
If you come as a couple, stay harmonious: everyone in dark tones, or everyone in light tones.
What always works: straight blue jeans with a plain shirt, a blouse or a simple top. Or a flowing dress, plain or with soft patterns.
Yes. Play with accessories, and feel free to bring blankets or a poncho for a cosy feel.
No need to pile it on — choose what suits you best. Soft, bright and natural make-up always photographs better.
Hélène is available Monday to Sunday, during your stay hours (5pm – 11am). Sunset is the most requested moment.
Yes, you may bring one person. It can help you feel natural — or distract you. Whatever puts you most at ease.
During the session, you may not take photographs yourself, or through anyone else.
Five to ten minutes early, so we can chat and start without stress. If you are late, the time comes off the session.
The session is subject to weather conditions. If the weather turns, we move it to another date — or find a solution indoors: the dome and its inside spaces work beautifully.
Postponements and cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. If Hélène cancels, you are refunded in full.
Every photo you receive is processed: harmonised, camera flaws corrected, saturation and contrast adjusted. They stay consistent, authentic and natural.
Hélène never changes how people look. Raw files cannot be requested.
Photos are processed within 7 to 15 days after the session. You then receive your login for your private, secure gallery.
Yes, for family and private use: sharing with loved ones, prints, albums. Hélène remains the owner of her images, and commercial use is not permitted.
If you post them, simply credit « Altri Ricordi Photographe ».
One year from the date of the session. Beyond that, safe storage is no longer guaranteed — do keep your own backups.
